Let’s be real.
You’re doing a lot. Pouring into your deen, your goals, your responsibilities.
But if you’re honest… something still feels off.
The barakah just isn’t barakah-ing.
You’re moving, but not aligned.
Tired, but not fulfilled.
And now, Ramadan is near.
The month of mercy. Of reset. Of divine momentum.
But instead of feeling ready, you feel behind.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
There’s a different way to prepare.
One that feels grounded, consistent, and spiritually intentional.
"I do so much, but nothing feels like it's moving forward."
"I'm exhausted from hustle culture and I just want to feel spiritually aligned again."
"Ramadan is approaching and I want to start strong, but I don't know where to begin."
"I crave barakah in my time, my work, my energy... but I don't know how to attain it."
If even one of these hit close to home, keep reading because you are in the right place ukhti!

Pray all Fardh Salah on time with khushoo’.
♡ Bonus: Add Salatul Duha and Tahajjud for extra barakah.
Recite morning and evening Adhkar daily.
Read at least one page of the Qur'an.
♡Optional Bonus: Fast on Mondays, Thursdays, or the White Days.
Journal daily (1-3 pages) to reflect, reset, and realign.
Complete one “needle-mover” task for personal or business goals.
Learn something new each day related to Deen or professional development.
Eat healthy and drink at least 2 liters of water daily.
Engage in 40 minutes of physical activity each day.
Sleep early (i.e., after Isha for optimal rest) to set yourself up for success the next day.
The number 40 holds deep significance in our deen and it’s what inspired the structure of this challenge.
The Qur'an describes 40 as the age of maturity and wisdom (Surah Al-Ahqaf, 46:15)
Prophet Musa عليه السلام fasted for 40 nights on Mount Sinai (Surah Al-A'raf, 7:142)
The Prophet ﷺ described 40-day stages of human development in the womb (Sahih Bukhari 3208; Sahih Muslim 2643)
28 days to build foundational habits that stick
12 days to cement those changes into a sustainable lifestyle
40 days total = long enough to transform, short enough to stay motivated
The Salaf would make du'a for six months asking Allāh to let them reach Ramadan.
Then they'd make du'a for six months asking Allāh to accept their deeds.
"The companions would supplicate to Allah for six months prior that they would reach Ramadan. Then, they would supplicate to Him for six months afterward to accept their deeds."
— Lata'if al-Ma'arif 1/138
They didn't wait until Ramadan to get serious. Neither should you.
This challenge embodies that mindset—preparing your heart, mind, and soul before Ramadan begins so you can maximize every single blessed day, bi'ithnillaah.
Spiritually:
You'll walk into Ramadan with momentum. Your salah will have khushoo'. Your dhikr will feel effortless. Your connection with Allāh will be strong.
Mentally:
You'll have clarity on your goals and the discipline to pursue them. No more scattered energy or "busy work." Just focused, intentional action.
Physically:
You'll feel energized. Your body will be nourished. Your sleep will be restful. You'll finally break free from the burnout cycle.
Emotionally:
You'll feel aligned. Purposeful. Like your life actually means something. Operating with barakah turns your everyday actions into amplified impact.
This is your ultimate Muslimah glow-up.

Ramadan is approaching fast.
Every day you delay is another day you miss the chance to build barakah before the blessed month begins.
Remember, the companions prepared for Ramadan 6 months in advance.
Take that in.
And if you want this Ramadan to be different, if you want to actually feel the transformation instead of just wishing for it, then you need to start now.
Not tomorrow. Not next week.
Now, ya bint!

Bismillah,
As-salaamu 'alaykum Banaat,
I'm Hayat Abdullah and I know what it's like to chase transformation in all the wrong places.
For years, I tried every challenge out there: 75 Hard. Project 50. You name it.
I even ran a Boss Bint Project 50 Challenge—Muslimah Edition—2 years ago with my community. But what bothered me was that:
I had to "Islamify" someone else's framework.
I had to take a secular challenge and force it to fit my faith.
And that's when it hit me:
Why are we adapting to their blueprint when Islam has ALWAYS been THE blueprint?
We're not meant to follow trends, sis.
We're meant to set them.
And while everyone else is making New Year's resolutions, we should be preparing for something far more sacred: Ramadan.
That realization led me to create the 40-Day Barakah Challenge last year—a program built from the ground up for Muslim women who want to align their lives with Allāh's blessings.
No more trying to fit our faith into someone else's system.
This challenge IS the system.
And launching it 40 days before Ramadan? That's intentional.
As Muslimah's we know that Ramadan is the ultimate opportunity for transformation.
This challenge prepares you to enter Ramadan spiritually grounded, mentally focused, and physically energized so you can make the most of every single day, in sha Allāh.
I know what it feels like to want more barakah while juggling big dreams and real responsibilities.
That's why this challenge blends faith, focus, and action.
So you can build habits that last.
Pursue goals that matter.
And finally feel aligned with what Allāh put you on this earth to do.
Let's realign, reset, and create barakah together. ♥︎
♡ With dua and action, anything is possible!
